The NFVCB Business Suite provides an interface between our clients and us. Clients’ can process information without any interaction with an nfvcb staff. It also provides an interface for film makers to track the censorship and classification process of their films or video works submitted for approval. Licensed industry practitioners can access the NFVCB database for critical information relating to films and operating licenses
The Business Suite incorporates an online request form for film classification, exhibition license, distribution license, an online payment platform and a support ticket system. Issues, requests and inquiries by registered users or licensed operators should be channeled through the support ticket system, which will manage, organise and archive requests and responses. This is intended to improve response time and monitor quality of service.
